This might sound awkward but it’s a fact that LED lights are much safe for health than fluorescent. Because it emits almost no heat and made from non-toxic material. In addition LED lights are more durable, energy efficient and have long life. In contrast, it is not safe to have fluorescent lights especially in kids’ room.
